Not everybody should vote.

Don't vote for skin color mad.gif or party affiliation. Don't vote on looks or name recognition. If that's all you've got to go on, I say stay home.

you don't have to vote for a president while you're there. every state has ballot questions. mine had 3, and all 3 are very important. others, such as Cali has something like 10.

local officials are also running. its not just a presidential election

again. vote.... or go to a communist country where you don't have to worry about it

I didn't mention the Presidential race. The down-ballot stuff is ALL important. There are a dozen appeals and supreme court justices up for election here. One of our state houses would change majority-control parties with a difference of 5 candidates. The next county up is proposing to borrow $300,000,000. That's all worth looking into in-depth before you vote.

voted, and wrote in ex MN gov. Jesse Ventura like I did 4 years ago. didn't like what either mccain or obama brought to the table.

I voted as well! and got a free milkshake at chick-fil-a.

my wife got free coffee at starbucks. I still say it tastes like dirt.

I did like how companies were giving out free stuff. it's a good idea that should be promoted more. the government should pay and promote that.
