Value

I checked the value of my Tib and it's only worth $2,425 on a trade! My ass it is! A damn Civic would be worth like $5k or 6! That really pisses me off. Your cars are a hell of a lot better than Hondas to begin with. I'm just pissed at the moment. evil.gif

Hyundai is still labouring under the impression the first gens of Excel, sonata, and elantra had on people. To a lot of people.. Hyundai is still a second rate car that will fall apart as soon as you drive it off of the lot.

I'm agree with Javageek
The Hyundai Tiburon is a car that make a feeling of "love at first sight"... A lot of people really like our Tiburon but they afraid of the Brand Hyundai.... The Good news is that with all the advertisement of the 2003/3004 Tuscani, Hyundai is putting a new image in all their cars....
You will put the best price to your car when people look at you and your love with it....
Honda only has a best price in the market only for the racing movies... But everyone knows that our Coupe/Tiburon has better interior look and elegance... (beside the outside look wich is very aggresive)
Just see my signature.... I'm Proud of my Hyundai... this is my first car and the next one will be a Hyundai Coupe

I agree with both of you but it's annoying how people undervalue such a great product. I would I buy anything but a Hyundai forever, seriously. The next car I'll buy will be a 2003 or 2004 Tiburon.

well.. it has only been fairly recently that cars like Honda have had a high resell value... and I think those cars only have it because of the demand for civics to mod and the engines in the more expensive cars to drop into those civics

Not to mention high reliability. But like machine said, this has beena recent trend. Soon enough Hyundai will work up that rep.

You don't think it's because Honda has the best quality? Out of all the used Civics that are sold I would say less than 10% were bought for an engine swap.
