He's leaving because his lack of control, and the impossiblity of the Moderated User section in these new forums, got him in trouble again. He got tired of it.

Then, he decided to curse me out thru Faithofadragon, because I have him blocked via PM, Email and IM, because he messages me like 20 to 30 times a day, about anything.
