Time For A Change

I believe Alberta, P.E.I and the terretories up north do not require front plates either, perhaps even Nova Scotia (I seem to remember seeing that when I drove there last year, but I may be wrong). Ontario is just annoying for forcing us to have plates on both ends. Either way awesome looking car! I'm curious (like majik) to know how much you managed to get it at final sale price? Also, I know it is still a brand-new car and you're still likely breaking it in, but can you let us know how that thing is on gas compared to the old Tib? Give us a rough estimate for highway/city mileage, because I'm curious to see how it does.

Well its a little early to gauge for millage because I have only filled it up once so far. Also it has a larger tank than the tib. I believe I filled up from 1/4 tank after going 600km. It took just over 46L to fill.
There is an avg. L/KM display on the dash, looks like hwy. speeds of 120km get you 7.2-7.5L/KM. City more like 8.5-9.0L/KM. (6 Speed Trans).
As far as price I didn't even try to negotiate due to the fact i was very particular in the trim I wanted and color. They had to order it in and it took about a month. I basically paid pretty much what is advertised on Hyundai's "Build and price" section of their website.
2.0GT with manual trans. with $910 in accs. plus assorted fees and taxes out the door just shy of 38k.

Well that would be CAD since I am in Canada. Ya we get screwed on new car prices up here regardless whether the CAD dollar is on par with USD dollar or not.
**the website doesn't add ALL of the fees (license, tire tax, ect) but it was only off by a bit.
