Default Tibby got Robbed!

Damn straight....went on my lunch break over the the Mall down the street, walked inside to grab a CD, walked back out, saw a minivan pulling away a little quick....walked around the passenger side, saw a piece of wire....thought to myself, "That looks like my remote power wire.".......Opened the door.....mutha fvckers MASSACRED my console and interior. Took my headunit, my amp and my crossover.....sliced my alarm system to pieces trying to figure out how to shut it off....even disconnected my strobe light wires.

Just had to get that out.....I'm a bit sad. Already called the insurance and the police. Hopefully I'll be bumping again someday.

If you had a back up power source for your alarm it would have stayed on even w/ the main power wire cut.Sorry to hear bout that man,I keep an eye on my tibby about 12 out of the 24 hours in a day. tongue.gif

You too? When I go somewhere I usually check on it every hour or so. Except at this one mall, it has 3 level parking garages, and no one ever parks on the top, except me, and even then I take up 4 or 5 parking spaces just to be sure. smile.gif tongue.gif rolleyes.gif wink.gif

Sometimes that's not good though. The best place to park is somewhere far away from other cars, but where the area is travelled. Just think of what a field day some creep could have if he was up in the lot where no one else was!!

this is on the same subject but at my school people are breaking into cars and stealing important (not really street valuable) stuff. One of my friends had his front seats and shifter cover taken out of his '87 rx7. now he is getting the run around from Gieco about it. they don't want to replace none of the stuff.

Yeah you can see the roof from the highway and from some parts of the mall. I think it's an OK plan, but if someone wants to have something enough they will get it no matter what, you know what I'm saying? BTW, front seats? God what kind of cleptomaniacs (sp?) go to your school? At least steal CRX seats.

Well that's good, as long as people see where you park.
On the other note, stealing seats? Geez, some people!
