i've met a couple chicks from philly, and for the most part they were super sexy. good looking and lacking the ditzy ass attitude i can't stand in atleast half the girls around here.

depends on where in Philly... walk around the business area during lunch when they are all out in their skirt suits getting a meal or having a smoke..
