Lol im in the south st petersburg area, i dont know if theyre blind, but next time i see the same guy standing across the street for 8+ hours at a time wearing a backpack with his arms crossed continually looking up and down the street (kindly helping lost travelers i suppose) I'll ask him if he knows anything about this incident
