As the whack jobs continue to push the GOP further to the right, they will lose more of the moderate vote and more elections. Mainstream America is tired of the "my way or the highway" politics in Washington. A small vocal "Tea Party" minority is getting politicians who aren't interested in compromise elected. As a result, Republicans have little chance of defeating Obama.
