Mine's basically my trade[motor mechanic] X, becuase a while back during my apprentice days the foreman used to say that if you're gonna be good at your job, there's an x-factor involved which draws the customers, how you work, speak and conduct yourself with them etc, we call it "seh" in one of our local dialects, and it means roughly "technique." I guess what he meant was that the customers and other techs would be able to look at your technique and be able to judge for themselves if you're any good. In english it translates best to the "x-factor," and I'm still trying to get it, to the point that I've taken to working with a high performance garage[GTR's, Supras, S15's, Rexes, Evo's, NSX, they may be an incredible pain in the @ss but it's the only way to get better] to learn new ways of working with very advanced cars, and then transplant those techniques back to working with Hyundais. 034 is basically what was once my dream car, the BNR34 NUR Spec GTR, kept that in my S/N to remind myself that a vehicle can look good on paper and often come with an incredible hype, but it can feel all wrong when you get in and start driving it, to the point that you discover that there is no way in hell you'll ever enjoy it.

my previous screen name from when I used to post on the MGB boards was SchizophrenicOverjoy. Got it from an I Mother Earth song, thought it was pretty cool.

RED ZMAN

Not REDZ MAN.

Well, my last name is Zimmerman, so Zman has been a nickname for years.

When I got online in like 1997, I used ZMAN all over, until I started finding there were LOTS of ZMEN around. So, since I am a redhead lover and rights advocate, I went to RED ZMAN.

Many sites won't let you have -'s or spaces between words, so here ya go.

RED Z MAN.
