What a break off. GV Mills is out close to the boonies. Lots of red necks and other such people. I'd be honored to get one. They had to go through the trouble of buying the "citations", standing next to your car and writing one out. They spent time and money on you, feel blessed!

Just go to ricecop.com and click on the "tickets" link, save one on the hd and print them out. I wouldn't pay for that crap. They are funny though..I know more than a few true ricers around that could get one.
