didn't know there was a difference, but that's why I asked... good watching out! Let us know if you have some place in particular you're thinking of, or I'll just go ahead and keep searching the world wide web!

it's not a matter of getting the hood to fit better, it's more of a safety matter. FG or CF is more likely to let a latch break free going 65mph down the highway than a latch bolted into a metal hood. I really hate the look of them, but would rather suffer the aesthetic problem, than having my hood flip up on the highway... which could lead to an accident. I'm too much of a worrier to risk it.

Yup, this is the reason i sold my hood. I HAD to have locking pins but I couldn't get them to work. Now they have these new ones.

Well, hope you enjoy replacing that POS hood when it snaps off at highway speeds. it's common sence to install them, not a rice or "Stupid" thing.

I answer you question with another.
How do you come off about pins?
Or, translated to proper english...
How can you talk about hood pins when you obviously have no clue that they are needed and that you are risking your safety, your passengers safety, and that of anyone else on the road driving without them?
We aren't joking. It happens. Mostly to cheaply made Ebay hoods, but it DOES happen. if it didn't, no one would put hood pins on.
