Damn, if he is going to be that pissed off, maybe he should have contacted you and asked you to ship it earlier.

Since you already shipped it, there is no way he can legally make you give him the money back unless I suppose he was to ship the product back to you.

I think that since you have admitted you are a jackass (sorry, had to say it, lol), and apologized MULTIPLE times, that renante should just forgive you.

Once he gets the DIS II, he should remove the claim and stop this little kid fighting sh!t.

If you get the ite you paid for its fine. Yea it should have been shipped earlier I hate when things are shipped late. I said drop the claim when you get it or the proof it was shipped or w/e. Ship earlier next time

 

Your asking the wrong guy for advise here, after the trouble I've been having mad.gif but I think he should cut you some slack for being a jackass and prolly remove the claim (he can always put another claim in if it doesn't arrive).
I know all to well what it's like to be waiting for stuff to arrive though (any news on the headers Pat sad.gif ).

Yes, you're a Jackass. You waited 30 days to ship the item to him, then sent it the slowest method known to man (USPS). You could have at least upgraded the shipping to a faster method at your cost since you waited 30 days.

Yes, he should remove the claim...once he get's the item, and not before.

 

ok this thread is pretty much poitnless. i thought i would get "in trouble" with paypal if the claim went through (and ended on the 14th) and the package didn't arrive until the 15th...
