Nice wheels and tires.. clean engine bay..
go test drive it, see if he's/she's a "responsible" Hyundai owner. check the exhaust manifold (look newish?) and ask if they new about the recall. Check for "resistors" in the IAT wiring, LOL. etc.
and craigslist sellers her elcoally and VERY easy to talk down because of the small town (less demand..). I dunno Naperville but it ends in ville and is probably a small town. (assumption..)
maybe try for $3500? feelin' ballsy? $3000.
I dunno...
I got my tiburon for $1800 in the same condition that one is. But mine is a 97' and probably had double the mileage this one does..
Good luck! (oh and thoughtful hint, don't post tiburons you'd like to buy on tiburon forums asking for feedback. keep it in the dark, otherwise you get all the competition of fellow hyundai owners and end up paying out the ass. Not really a problem but it gets bad on eBay. LOL. oops, i guess the cat is outta the bag.)

check out the car, if its mechanically perfect or w/e then yea. the repair for that shouldn't be too much. If the engine and tranny are good then 4g's is fine, if not you should negotiate. Too bad those rims aren't included.

you live in the city right? or at least close to one? cuz they way it goes here in FL is the closer to the big cities, the more body shops there are. I would say repair to that around here would be 300-500. Before you buy look for quotes on repairs too. good luck

Alright, I know about the not telling and whatever, but still. Rather not buy something I'll regret. I know the quarter panels on our cars are welded on, so if i got a new one it would be a hassle.

^^ sounds to me like you had more then just visual damage. It wouldn't take much to pop out that panel some more, put some bondo on, then repaint. Even if the bumper is fuxored, you can epoxy it.
