I really like my veiled chameleon, Ichabod (Icky). He's my bud, and he's exotic enough to captivate most visitors... (if the gf is getting it for you, it had better not be a chick magnet...) he can look viscious, but has/would never acutally bite me. if you can handle the sound of crickets in the nite, and can handle keeping a stable temp in it's home, go for one of these. just over a year ago he was only 3 inches long... now he's about 10 or 11 inches long.
