Here is a simple approach:
Let me know if you want something more 'flashy' or any spefics you'd like.
I have this at the correct size @ 300dpi so it prints crystal clear (I don't recommend using actual photos unless you have a huge size so it's clear).

UPDATE:
I'm having trouble coming up with a design I really can really live with, but here's something I threw together. Of course we'll need a new picture to replace it because that one isn't quite there on the quality, but the angle is good.

Neither are bad, but I'm not feeling all the Red. LOL
I'd like to have...
Jeremy "REDZMAN" Zimmerman
Java would prolly like...
Mike "Javageek" White
Auburnfan, I'd REALLY like that. I think that would be a perfect picture for the background.

Hmm... Not bad at all.
Can I get a different font for my name? Looks a bit... I dunno.
Maybe that Dragonfly/Tiburon font would look good?
Or I'm a big fan of Comic Sans.
Dude, if we can do that with the pics that Auburnfan did...

Sure thing man.
The font for your name in that one is called FFMax, and the RDTiburon text is InkBurrow.
I did your name in that one so it would be easy to read, but if you want it in Inkburrow I can do that no problem.
And comic sans? lol Ban ComicSans lol j/k.
I'll wait for AuburnFans drawings and then shoot ya a new one fing02.gif

Sounds great.
Comic sans, I didn't know folks didn't like it.
Heck, I just found it like 2 years ago and started using it.
Wow.
If you have some suggestions of other fonts, I'm all up for it.

haha.gif I was just kidding around lol..but I do think better fonts exist.
I'd just recommend any sans-serif (no curlies or anything) that's easy to read and professional looking. I wouldn't use a flashy design font for the your guys' names and info. Maybe something from this list of sans-serifs:

I think this may be a good one:

Bank Gothic is allright.
Oohhh, so is Handel Gothic.
Serpentine on page 2 is nice.
Iperion on page 2 is real nice too.
Quanta on page 4.
Lots of nice ones, but I really like those.
