I would personally go with the GK. I saw in another forum that the pres. of Hyundai or something said that it was going to have more power than the v6 eclipse, which is 200 ponies. And it has a 6 speed manual, how can you beat that? I also heard that it is going to start at around $16,000.

I am personally going wil the Gk and forget the Acura hype of the RSX I mean yeah it has all of the features six speed WOW big deal just because of that damn little A they think they can hyke up the price so much forget that. And Toyota forget that, I have even heard the dealerships complain about lack of Aftermarket for them.
Maybe they need a CELICA.org smile.gif
I think that with the help of Korea and companies like KORE and SR the GK will be doin pretty well in the beginning for aftermarket parts like Random said

Does anyone actully have a good idea of how much the GK will cost? If it's 15-18K I might say goodbye to the Chilly Willy Tibby and hello to the GK. Anyways, if you want a true classic, Datsun 510, Civic CRX, Nissan 200ZX Turbo, ect.

I sure hope they come out with a nice Front Bumper/Grill for the new GK, cause the factory one has got to go! Other than that, it should be a nice car! I saw on a UK website that they will be available in 1.6L and 2.0L, that is only in UK right? Or do we atleast get the 2.0L option?

think of it this way..
Price:

RSX and Celica is about even.
GK..we are going to find out this October..

Acura Rsx..you are going to be revin all day long to get some kick out of the car.. Toyota Celica..about the same..
Tuscani(GK)..can not tell you.. but I'm sure it's gonna be better than these two..

RSX and Celica..in-line 4s..GK v6

GK - 10 year warrenty
RSX- 3 year
Celica - I don't know about Toyota...

Anyways, that's 10 years on their parts anyways...although the GK really doesn't need as many performance mods because "out of the box" it is faster than the usual Civic or Toyota.
