- Print and package plots

- Scanning and exporting to various programs
- Record Drawings (splicing/manhole records)
- Processing letters to cities and municipalities for projects
- Microsoft Project schedules
- Map Info for proposals or presentations
Additional responsibilities that may require your participation:
- Estimating potential construction work and generating documents for tender
submittal
- Heavy Job applications
- Administration documents
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in:
- Understanding of all requirements and steps involved in producing
plan/profile drawings
- Understanding of requiring necessary permits.
- Able to coordinate various aspects of the project, i.e. survey translation,
design input.
- Worked on large projects (civil or telecommunications) from commencement of
project to completion
- Proficient using AutoCAD
