My Sister Was In A Terrible Car Accident.

Sad to see she didn't learn her lesson, and neither did your parents...
On the topic of drunk driving, about 3 months ago (actually the Saturday night/sunday morning, fathers day) a guy left a bar in Val Caron, Ontario, about 15min from my house. He was at the bar, had a few drinks (3 i think), was talking to his gf on the phone and had a fight with her. Left the bar. I guess in a rage combined with the alcohol he was speeding and not paying attention. He hit 3 kids, all 15 years old. Two girls and guy. He didn't even stop. He drove into the side of a house a minute later.
All three kids died, two at the scene and one an hour later in hospital. Imagine being one of the parents on that Fathers Day.

The next day, a man was going out for a ride on his motorcyle. His wife hated riding on it, claiming it was too dangerous. She finally agreed to go out with him, as his Fathers Day gift. A drunk driver hit them. She had one of her legs amputated. Three days later she had to have the other leg amputated, and died due to complications during the surgery.
This story wasn't covered much in the media because he was head of some police board I believe.

But at least your sister realizes the '03 was the best Spec-V.

Holy ...Crap dude!!! Your parents need to give her a wake up call! And quit buying her cars! She has to not only learn the physical damages of her actions, but the financial as well. I mean on your behalf, thankfully she lived, but, she really needs to be taught a lesson before she kills someone!

rofl. yeah, it was back in the day. Not anymore!!! I can think of a million better cars for the price they paid for the latest one which is not even the factory red. (Looks like it was in a bad accident and the car had a real shitty paint job with a dull red that didnt match at all. bubbles in the paint and everything.)
My dad flew to florida to pick it up cause my sister really wanted that one. It cost $8,900 and had 60k miles on it. definately was in an accident. I pointed that out as soon as he arrived with it, lol. There was a modified black one in our area here with a suspension and an intake and an exhaust for $7,000. It wasnt good enough for her cause it didnt have a sunroof. She has to have a car with a sunroof. All I keep saying to myself is "She still has a choice as to what she gets? wtf."

WOW, by the pictures of the wreck I definitly thought it would be fatal. I've seen people die from much less of an impact.
...But the fact it wasn't, yet she still does it, just scares me to drive on the roads late at night. I'm really hoping (no offense) that she does get some jail time.
