that is the dual exhaust version.. wonder where the other belt is.. maybe his pants were to big and he had to use the belt to keep his pants up when he went into the mall.. hopefully he doesnt forget to put that sh!t back on.. baddd news..

well you dont want the exhaust bolts comming loose when you have your 15 hp muffler off ebay
(anyway how do they get away with saying they make that much hp)
