Messed Up, Guards Mistreat Quadriplegic In Jail

it was on the local news in Nashville tonight. Glad it's getting publicity, maybe the sheriff's department will do something as a result.
Did it ever say what the "traffic violation" was? If it was a DUI and he blew a .20 then it puts a different twist on the story (not much). There aren't that many "traffic violatoins" that will cause you to get arrested... I'm weary of the ambiguity

I just heard he had an outstanding warrant for blocking an intersection with his wheelchair
