This is from my local news station, the jail is in Hillsboro county which is directly south of me, (home to Tampa, FL).

This guy was in jail for a traffic violation, he was told to "stand up" he said "i cant, i'm quadriplegic" apparently she didn't believe him because she dumped him out of his wheel chair, breaking two ribs.

Terrible.

that's how f up the police are. it's funny how they said they had no idea about anything even with the video. wonder why this sterner guy was arrested...hmmm.

i saw bits and pieces of this story on commercials for the evening news but didn't know what it was about until now.
