Look What I Pulled Out of my Car!
My sister decided to bring home a stray kitten from work. She put it in the dog crate and it got out two night ago. Since then we haven't seen the kitten until today.
Rehash time: Yesterday I only drove to and from work (7 miles all together) but today I drove to school 34 miles with some 60 mph driving. I got home and was in the house for all of 20 minutes then I had to take my sister to work. After I drop her off, I pull into the driveway and I hear a meow. I look around and see nothing. My car was parked right in front of the garage so I opened the garage to see if it got stuck in there. After the garage was open I still heard the meow coming from my car. I bend over and look underneath and I see nothing. So my worst fear, came to life. I popped my hood and I heard the meow again only louder now.
So I start to freak out because this kitten has somehow survive in my engine bay somewhere for the past two days. Yesterday and today was 90 degrees.
I called my sister at work and she left to run home. I had to meet her in this rundown saturn that barely has any stopping power.
We get home and my sister is now freaking out. It turns out, the kitten somehow got between my radiator and the bottom grill between my fog lights. I got under the car and popped the plastic bottom piece off and out came the kitten. The kitten is alive and doing well. His whiskers are burnt though.
Picture is a little dark but you get the idea.

my sister wants to keep it but this cat isnt staying if i can help it! or it is staying in a cage until i fatten it up so it cant fit under my car. my sister put it in a box and it got out. guess where it went again?? back up in my car! i mean seriously come on cat. it wasnt stuck this time yet so i popped the hood and it jumped out and ran off. i knew it wasnt in my car so i started it and left. however when i started it, i heard a weird noise. but the car ran fine.
i got home and i saw the cat run under the saturn. it was hiding behind the tire. i went to grab it and it jumped up under that car now. i popped the hood of that car and there it was sitting on top of the engine. i grabbed the cat and now it is in a box with a lid and not going anywhere until we find out what to do with it.

Thats nuts! I wasn't quite expecting a story like that when I read the title. laugh.gif Try giving it something to play with in the box, like a rag or something.
