to my knowledge it's in Brooklyn too...well my friend sent it to me, thats where she lives. Im wondering if she knows the person that got it, lol. Id laugh if her B/F got it for their neon.

It's prolly a custom plate from some shop or a photochop.

lol that plate is hilarious..takes a lot of guts and nerve to stick that on a car.

I wouldnt have that on my car if I was driving through Newark, or Camden (nj) though.. lmao.gif
