Hob, why don't you call your local animal shelter and see if you can borrow a trap cage. My dad did this many years ago and he caught cats (there were tons of wild cats around) with the trap and relocated them. Just put food in the back of it, the cat will go inside and the door will close on them.

Try Classical Conditioning... Watch the cats and when they get too close to the car, use a remote siren (or remote alarm if you have one on your car). After enough times, they should learn that close to car = loud noise and not try it wink.gif

Cats like getting on cars when they're warm. I've been lucky that none of my neighbors are cat lovers. Unfortuneately, they're dog lovers so I have to watch where I step sometimes... lol.gif
