i have heard that alot...i did that with Verizon about my wireless router from them...when i told them i was going to leave to another company that will give me a free wireless router and lower monthly bill...i had a router overnighted to me...LOL

have not tired it with credit company's...but i will try next year after 8 more payments on my car note
