Default Hello HA its been AWHILE

figured I would stop in and say Merry Christmas and let yall in on whats been going on. So the Tib has been parted out, I picked up a new project. Im going to take up drifting and plan to be fairly competitve so im building a drift car, but no the typical 240.

So this is what I have been build over the last 6 months or so.

Heart transplant, 0 mile rebuild full build motor

So easy to work on, had the engine out by myself in 1.5hrs

My excuse to build the motor

All said and done, it put down 245 on a break In tune still loads of timing left thanks to MS and devils own water meth

Rosta cluster, And Aem gauge setup

My build so far is build block

Acl bearings

Arp bolts/studs everywhere

Eagle rods

supertech 8.6/1 piston

Dual spring valves spring setup and 264 cams

Megasquirt

800Cc injectors

Greddy 15g clipped exhaust turbine wheel

Greddy cast mani

3" Dp back

Solid motor mounts

Exedy stage 2 clutch

"nice build! ... Nice build! ... nice build! ... FAGGOT ...nice build!

I always thought the Miata and the Tiburon were very similar in design ques, although I think the ques in the Tiburon knock it out of the ballpark. The Miata was a revolution for the 1990s, although VERY expensive (>$25k) when it was new. It's sort of become this cheap RWD roadster track car as seen here. I remember you mentioning that you've done what you wanted with the Tiburon and moved on to "another project".

I liked your Tiburon a lot. I would have kept it, kept the exterior 100% stock and loved blowing past BMW's or Mustangs lol.

Well Faithofafaggot, he can go back to blowing his "wife" who is probably more hung than the Bang Bros.

To the rest of you, I did get rid of the Tiburon but not after parting out the turbokit to a friend. Were making a dune buggy right now based on the Hyundai 2l using my kit and aem, then sold my rolling shell for 4500 dollars... I was in no way wanting to sell it all but its for the right reasons... RWD.... and my Miata at 245rwhp now will and would knock the doors off the Tiburon.

Anyway more pics to come for the request. Hoping to put it sideways this weekend and will get some pics up for yall.

Also the drag Miata are general 2Jz swapped.... I love this car so far, so easy to work on, its got the low and slow feel but got more balls then I know what to do with right now!
