^ yes i am aware of the magnetic field not changing for thousands of years. however i'm not talking about that, i'm talking about the forces of the magnetic field. it is the forces that can have impact, or is impacted by the seasons.

and as for the wicca religion, well i'm not calling myself a wicca, because i havent done any rituals or meditating, and whatnot. yes there are a lot of things that are and seems bogus, but those are depending on what author's book, website, or sources you are getting them from. there are those out there that are just out-rageous, full of crap, and i like reading those for laughs. but the serious ones, the real ones that has been around for ages, well, there can be things that will surprise you, because some of those things are pretty much logical sense, no meditating or ritual neccessary, all you need is to put your mind to it and help yourself, never be skeptical about what's best for you, and what you truly want for yourself and out of life.

wicca is more about nature then witchcraft and wizardry. If you like medieval type things,(Lord of the Rings, D&D) Elves are a good example of Wicca nature. People into outdoors and woodsmen can relate on different levels to it.

Foxxy- Agreed. Sleep number beds are for couples who don't want to sleep in separate beds yet but don't like to cuddle. My gf and I had an ajustable air bed and it sucked. if its a queen size you really only get about a twin to sleep on. blah.

For those who are thinking of a temperpedic, we have ours on a payment plan its like 80 bucks a month or something for a couple of years. if you go to the store and sit on one, take along some extra keys and key chains. It is so soft that you can lay on your keys and not feel them.

I used to have a lot of problems sleeping, then I got diagnosed with Moderately Severe Sleep Apnea, now I have an electronic supercharger that boosts my nostraaals to 14.5 PSI at night, and I sleep great.

Too great.

a lot of people that know me tell me I may have sleep apnea because of the way I snore. How do you go about getting diagnosed for that? Did you have to see a specialist or a regular physician?

See your doctor and tell him you want to be tested for it. they do a workup sheet and get you sent in for a sleep study, happens pretty quick.

Look it up online, read the symptoms, when you see them, it'll either piss you off because you realize all of your problems stem from this, or you'll at least want to read more.

GOOD interview on Fox News a few weeks ago about it, moderate to severe sleep apnea causes brain damage.

Over the weekend my gf and I cleaned the bedroom. I mean super cleaned. You would be supprised how easy on the eyes a clean room is, it just 'felt' better.

restoril.... fing02.gif

After fighting sleep problems since ive been in the army, (tried PT, relaxation, etc.. and didnt work) and after going to the doc 3 times, on the 4th time going, he finally gave me this stuff.... Yes its a drug (benzodiazepam to be specific) and yes you can build up tolerance/become addicted. However, if you do like i do and only take it once every couple days you get a great nights sleep and dont become addicted/tolerance. And it starts to work in about 15 minutes....

if I exercise at night, it gets my adrenaline pumping and it's harder for me to sleep.

I think changing your sleeping position (other side of bed, other end of bed) also affects you because of a different feel to the bed. I rotate my matress about once every month or two, and I feel a huge difference everytime I do it. My wife weighs about 75 pounds less than I do, and the matress gets it's grooves, so when we rotate it the matress doesn't wear out as fast and it's more comfortable, like it's brand new (it's only 2 years old, but still).

If I can't sleep, I just curl up in my chair with a nice bottle of Jose Cuervo and that usually does the trick.
