Yes. I accidentally flung mine 15 feet across the room, and about 6 feet in the air, the day I got it. Not even a scratch.

This phone looks pretty nice compared to my old HTC touch. That peice of crap had so many bugs in it, I hear they eventually had a firmware upgrade to fix them. However as a contractor I'll stick with my Motorola SLVR. 3 years old and running strong. I've dropped it 14-16 feet from in roof rafters and this thing still runs like the 2nd week I had it. Couldn't trust myself with the Touch, had to get rid of it while it was still in condition for refund.
