Well I've been screwed over many times and ripped off many times at the local Hyundai dealership here and stopped going mad.gif . They just recently moved locations a bit furthur then my home but with new staff and much nicer service shop so I decided to go in and get my coolant flushed and replaced because I was busy with work.

I went to pick up my car and saw it outside ( I requested to be kept inside overnight and the service guy told me they don't keep any tibs outside, anyways ). I walk over to it just to check it out then I notice fresh gum stuck on my antenna.

I go in pay for the service and ask if I can purchase a jug of coolant they told me they do not have any in stock for retail but will put in order in. I also mentioned I had gum on my antenna and the service manger came pulled me inside the shop and he told me "I personnaly moved your car out there this morning and I appologize, It's hard to control people people who want to go for a roam. I will give you my card, on the back I'll write down a free oil change, I'll also reset your air bag light, give you a free jug of coolant and a free tune up next time you come in"

Too good to be true. He sounds very very dedicated to his customers. Looks nice so far.

laugh.gif WOW....new location....new dedicated employees. Hyundai must of knew somethign was up with the old place and employees. I think I might go back, onyl for the free stuff haha.gif , jp

Well this is how it will keep me coming back. I rarely visit the dealership, I do most of the work myself. I doubt I'll use that free oil change. Maybe I'll swap it for something else tongue.gif...

But I like how this new dealership works.

What about some of you guys? Hows the dealership in your area treating you?

We only have one here and its about 30 miles from my house. Everytime i go there (other than to order parts) they are very friendly and have taken car of my car many times for free even though no longer under warranty. Dont go often since i normally have no need to since i have my own personal mechanic that does anything i cant do for free! But sounds like they are at least trying to get better in your area.
