You really need to have faith. I watched a Screensavers episode on G4 Tech Tv that showed that it worked. They even had the president of the company "GratisNetwork" on there. He explained how they made money off of it. The cost of the iPod or whatever they give away is a drop in the bucket compared to the advertising money they receive.

Store credit cards are kind of the same way, instead of you getting something special, they do. Just for having you fill out the application they receive approximately $25! Now if you select to have the card be a Mastercard as well, that's even more money to them. Then when you select that you want the insurance that's even more to them. Almost $75 is earned for you filling out an application. You don't even have to be accepted for them to make there money.

Retail chains like Wal-Mart get paid about $25-40 per person that they get to sign up for ISP services like AOL and Earthlink. Marketing, it's the way the world goes round. The only difference is GratisNetwork is giving to the people. Try it out, what can you lose? $7 with the Lowes thing (If you don't cancel).

I just completed the Video Professor offer and it gave me credit within 5 minutes. I'll cancel it tonight.
