there should be any number of fire supply places around. You have to remember, that most businesses have to keep their extinguishers charged and inspected once a year or the Fire inspector will shut them down. Look in the yellow pages

 

You cannot test it. Once you use it, it'll continue to lose pressure.

 

shoot, call your local fire dept. and ask. im sure they would know...they might even do it for ya.

 

i called three places. they said its not even worth it to refill a 1 pound bottle. i called the company. they;re going to send me the sticker so i can sent it back to them and i wont be charged.
