I don't really have a favorite, but there's only one that I get.

Sport Compact Car (SCC)

Why?

1. They are Hyundai friendly, even if we aren't all over the mag yet.

2. Good articles most of the time. Funny stories.

3. It's about the cars and performance. Not Ricer Chicks and lame rice.

Bad?

1. Too many stupid drifting articles.

2. Too many articles with them flying to Japan to drive cars no one here can get, and most of us wouldn't want.

3. They need to do a layout on a Hyundai RD. Namely, Viper966, or Red Turbulence. Or even Jaws.

These guys need to get their cars in magazines to get us some support.

I get Sport Compact Car, Super Street, and Modified. The december issue of Modified was kick ass. Super Street is the funnyest. And SCC is probably the best i think most reasons Redz said and they actually know about cars and how to work on them. Im not saying the other magazines dont but SCC definantly displays it more.

I like SCC and Racer. Both are decent mags and have plenty of useful information.

SCC and Import Racer for me. I agree with you REDZMAN on those stupid Datsun POS's. I think they are ugly and slow. Why would anyone want them? Who wouldn't want the Skyline's they drive though??

Those Datsuns are AWESOME! I love em! And the old Toyotas, Hondas, and Mitsus! And people wonder why I'm so happy used cars are back in Gran Turismo!

My favorite?

I don't know, probably Car and Driver or MotorTrend. I STILL get Super Street, I cancelled them like 3 years ago. I cut off my address and leave them in our car audio installation wating area.

HCi (Hot Compact and Imports)

It has more articles on instalation and the theory behind why things work. It has every-type cars. and I think they even had a few Hyundai's featured in it.

...and sometimes I buy Super Street for the posters... if you know what I mean wink.gif
