you can get one imported for about 50 thousand... well a street legal one for 50, you could get one for about 8-10 thousand but it's not street legal and you run the risk of it being shipped back at port.

It's not as dreamy of an opportunity as you think.

Kid in my racing club is working on buying one R32 and having it shipped, he's about 2/3 of the way done saving and he works at taco bell and on campus. If you don't spend ANY of what you make, it adds up quickly (after so many years, LOL).

Damn that's a sexy car... I share the love with you, but there's no fuggin way id spend close to 6 figures on a 2001 car... You could get it imported and built to 800hp for 90 g's.

Personally, I'd rather import a 6-speed manual Mitsubishi FTO. mmmhmm.

I would rather have the S15 than the R32. I am just leary of cars that can make a mediocre driver look like a rally star. Seems to me that it would take most of the fun out of driving

If you guys look at the pix closely, there are two more in the background. Those were sold already though. About the R32, well sure its a skyline but i just dont find them as sexy as the R33 or 34. just my two cents
Still, good stuff for him to do it all on his own thats admirable. fing02.gif

I personally find the skyline to be a truly ugly car, but that's just me. My last car was a Nissan too, so I'm a fan of the brand...
