Do you have any hot neighbors?
I sure as hell now do.
Yesterday, 2 chicks moved into the house next door thats for rent. Neither one of them had any guys helping them move their stuff in. They did it with their parents, which means I'm guessing SINGLE! Both girls....easily an 8...9 at best. Went over and asked if they needed any help and they said no but they are having a house warming party tomorrow night and asked if I wanted to come over. I'm guessing either Les-Be-Honest or JACKPOT!
Either way, I'll be bringing them some good liquor to see how "neighborly" they are once tipsy!

I have a semi-hot neighbor. She use to come over all the time for the weakest excuses on the planet, but quit once her husband returned from overseas.
Getting a few houses away though I have several hot neighbors.
