i found an old early 1990's picture of my town with regular listed something like to 89 cents.

scary part about it is, salaries are the same now as they were then. i suppose it makes sense though. those F350 drivers should suck it.

 

regular just hit $3.63 this week, and that's on the cheaper end of the spectrum. i also remember when gas was around the $0.90 mark. this is insane.

Theres a gas station around here that has been out of commission for a while, still says 96 cents a gallon on the sign....thats laughable now....i'd be estatic if it just went back to the 1.90 it was when i started driving.

How can you pay $130CDN for 1 litre? Isn't that more then the ammount of money you make in a day? I pay $60USD per tank or so, and that pisses me off.

 

better then having a dream that gas was 7 dollars a gallon like i did last night!...

gas 1.25 when I started driving, it shot up to 1.65 and everyone had a heart attack. They are probably all glad they are dead now...

Gas is seposedly going up to 1.45 this summer...

 

they have ethanol added to our fuel here too, so now we say bye bye to the gas mileage, and get to pay EVEN more to fill up cuz gas burns quicker.

 

If you think all that is bad try here on Guam. Off base it is $4.19 a gal for regular unleaded. Here on base we pay $3.48.
