We just went through like 5 days of heavy rains here in Mass. Did lots of damage. Really got to test out the new KDWs though wink1.gif

wow... that sucks man. yeah we get city flooding here. i think they call it flash flooding but damn it gets so bad we spray pedestrians walking through. i hate when it rains like this for so long. espcially when you just want the windows down and music up...

You guys don't understand the geography or topography there.
Korea is filled with razorback mountains. Hell, half the reason the NORTH Koreans want the south is for the somewhat flatter land. Anyways, these very steep mountains shed water VERY quickly. A LOT of the dirt around there is ground granite and water just goes straight through.
You can have flash flooding anywhere within 10 minutes.
Above and beyond that, it rains there a LOT!
Worst part of all?
Rain... More rain, lots of rain...
Streams flood, then they spill over the banks...
Then they flood over the sandbags around the rivers at the military bases....
Then you end out with huge containers floating down the river...
Then you end up with ammunition and LIVE LAND MINES washing down the mountain side...
