well, from the detail required to make them, a simple bridgeport would be out of the question 02.gif, but he is going to talk to some guys who operate the CNC and know the programming end of things to see if they would be able to make it.. i was thinking there was less critical details, like on the underside as far as oil passages go and such..

too bad I have the beta 1 cover.... I'll be in Taylor on Sunday. I could meet up with you and let you use it to get this rolling, but I'd much rather see it done with a Beta 2 cover. I'd love to get in on this. In fact, if you'd like to meet up anyway PM me.

I'd be in. Shit I would be in. Just worried about the temperature factors you know?
Beta 2 of course, if you need one, we might be able to do one for COST from Kpse.c

I think the oil passages in the cover just screw into place underneath the plastic..
I am not sure what you are talking about with heat REDZ.. until until recently, most cars had metal valve covers..

Yeah, I know that, but I don't know how heat, and the clearances with the hood and such would be affected. You know what I mean?
Maybe I'm just paying attention in my Engineering Design Technology classes too much.
