holy sh^t socks!!! thanks for helping me, i was sure it was a salvage hell mine is too, the reason they bought it was because it was a new car for $8,000, only 6k miles on it.
the front of it was hit but only the lights, hood and bumper were replaced. the airbags deployed too and he has a problem with it because the dash is torn and can't be put back together.
as for the mileage? how could that be possible on a digital mileage meter? and i wonder how the warranty was voided.
anything else for it? do you have a scan? thanks joo!!

^same guy who did my tranny swap. we found him through the washington post. you should see the car we found him through. it's a 1998 tiburon base, now has 183,000 miles on it no problems whatsoever. rode in it yesterday drives like new.
so his mom bought an rd2. and now she bought this one. frame is great but for some reason the key doesn't want to come out when they park the car. they have to put it in drive, pull up, park and then the key comes out. but yeah $8k isn't bad for a "new" car. interior is brand spankin' new hell nobody has ever touched it. it's silver, feels sooooo much nicer than my car.
i'm the one who got them into tiburons, now there's three parked in front of their house hail.gif
thank you for the rep!
