uhm...what to say here.....nice sign? lol Basically you have to park, go up to the sign, read it, try and understand it, check your watch, then realize "nope, cant park here today, have to try again tomorrow?" Little screwed up if you ask me

I can tell you when.
Anytime during the months of December, January, February, and March up until the 29th.
You can park there during these days in April: 1, 2, 9-17, 22-29
May: 10-20, 24, 28, 29, 30, 31
June: 1-7, 14-21, 28
July: 2-7, 11, 12, 16-22, 30, 31
August: 1-5, 13-20, 30, 31
September: 1-6, 13-19, 27-30
On the white days, you can't park between 10-6. On the black days, you can't park between 4-12.
I bet it's in NYC.

I watched the time spent in this thread replying... it took way too much time to figure that out
Now, I wonder if it's updated every year, or if that applies to all years? I was wondering if it was a specific day of the week

lol! No I'm a New Yorker, so I'm accustomed to deciphering ridiculous parking signs like that. Parking in NYC is a b**** but once you do find a spot you're golden.
I'd like to testify to that... I went to New York City and I saw a sign that said "no standing anytime". My buddy and I were wondering what the heck that ment, we parked the car and got out. A cop came by and started giving tickets to everyone idling their cars. I asked what he was giving tickets for, and he said "can't you read the sign?" I was like, "DUDE WE GOTTA GO!"
Apparently standing means not to be actively engauged in driving your car in NYC.... I'd never heard of that before. They have wierd signs and rules everywhere. It's because everything is crazy-mad-congested and parking is a b**** in NYC.
