How many of you drive your cars in winter with bodykits? I know it's not smart to have fiberglass out in freezing temperatures. Do you have any problems with cracking or spiderwebbing? Any difference in problems with molded or unmolded? Just curious to see what people here do and experiences they've had. I don't plan on driving my car in the winter, but I've waited sooooooo damn long to get it back with custom paint and body kit I'll be tempted to at least drive it SOME of the time this winter, as long as the roads are clear. That and my other car isn't exactly a winter car either. ( 03 Mustang - tempted to trade it in for a 03 GK this spring)

I drove my blue tib all winter last year, but winters aren't really that bad anymore..we only had a few bad storms and I only drove if I had to.
But, I'd say park it and only drive it when there's no snow on the roads. No problems with cracking or anything like that.

just picked up an Accent for the winter to take my tib off the road... I wouldn't recommend driving anything that rides close to the ground, unless you wanna start your own Mr.Plow business! Even when my car was un-kitted, I'd get nasty scratches in the paint from ice sliding off the car. Snowy winters aren't the place for active show-cars!

I didn't think it was that bad. I live in the city, it's not very often you have to plow the roads with your cars, there's real plows going all day and night for that job. The only thing is I would be upset to get salt on my new fresh paint, but it's not that big of a deal I don't think. The snow isn't usually high enough to be over a couple inches of fluff on the road after the plows have been through..

eh... I drive mine as a daily driver... my only car. I haven't had any problems with my body kit reacting to the cold temps the last 2 winters.
