Spengler was armed with a Smith & Wesson, .12 gauge shotgun, and Bushmaster .223 rifle. He left a suicide note that read: "I still have to see how much of the neighborhood I can burn down and do what I like doing best - killing people."

This guys should have rot in prison! My city is still mourning over the losses.

Something the local news just posted:

Webster shooter armed with same gun used in Newtown shootings: http://on.rocne.ws/WP44E3.

It was also the gun used in the D.C. sniper shootings of 2002.

It is indeed an interesting phenomena...unhinged people engage in criminal acts with firearms and the government steps in to outlaw the firearms for responsible citizens.

The stories are being over-reported prior to an attempt to pressure republicrats into signing on to gun-banning legislation. Also it is handy cover for what should be at least a half-dozen scandals all over the front page, if we had a respectable press corps anymore. TIA.

RIP all the shooting victims.

Media is making the shooters celebrities as already mentioned which is the real problem.
