On the third party thing I don't agree totally with you Mad-Machine. I agree that it is nice to have a choice, but if you look at the way this election went it was quite a divide. Now consider Canada, we have 4 (I think) parties that get a fair amount of votes. In my opinion this slows down decisions and the whole process of getting a bill passed. I think it's a good thing that there are two dominent powers, kinda like the Soviet Union and the US type thing.

I would actually prefer it if there were more than two.. if you have three or more major parties.. there is a LOT more compromise.. parties need to form coalitions to get bills passed.. it might slow things down some, but with the way one party can block another party's bills through fillibuster around here.. I doubt anybody would notice it taking any longer than normal.
