The 75 shot zex ran good on cooler plugs and high octane. Probably would have gotten tht most out of it with more fuel delivery. Was running 0-60 in just over 5 seconds. Haven't gotten 1/4 times. I took it off it wasn't reasonable since you have to floor it to get the boost. I want full time power. s/c please. smile.gif

If you liked the power increase of your nitrous but want it full time, supercharger is not the option you should be persuing.
And yes, nitrous is only applicable at full throttle, unless you want to get very technical and use a throttle-based progressive controller.

"Also the NX kits are good up to 250HP jetting through the intake. I personally would't go higher than a 200 through the intake due to the possibility of an IM or nitrous backfire, which is where the added fuel through the intake pools up in the IM and then ignites. This is why I said not to use a NOS wet system. They have a bad reputation for this type of problem."
my question:
who in the hell has a car that can run a +200hp shot. seriously, id like to know if anyone can cause on a car that is only makeing 250hp if its bad a$$ as hell i dont think a 200 shot is a good idea.....
my advice get a NX Express Stage One EFI kit...its 500$ and it is adjustable from 35,50,75hp shots...and you can probaly get different jets if you wanna go higher

Although I am very new, since we are doing recommendations I do not recommend NX. Every where I read people are haveing problms with NX kits. The selonoids are crappy and tend to stick open, there is one other problem but I cant remember.

But some people have used it with no complaints... scca should be able to go into more details about the NX kit
NKing... the tiburon has handled 150 shots with no problems... that was also on a STOCK engine
BTW... all kits come with different nozzles
ZEX 3 nozzles (55.65.75)
NX like you stated
NOS (50-60-70) Different kits come with different sizes
Venom 4 nozzles (venom doesnt go by shots but i estimate they are from a 55-90)

I do, and I still own a Tiburon with the 2.0L engine my question:

As Jaws pointed out, the stock 2.0L engine has been seen eating a 150 direct port shot and living for 30+k miles that we know of. The key is to have it tuned meticulously, pull timing of course, and to run a progressive controller so it's smoothly fed in versus just an instant-on 150hp shock to the driveline.
