2 questions.
1. Do you have a a/f guage?
2. What was the CEL code you got?
If you dont have a a/f guage and you did not check the CEL. I am gonna smack you for being a moron.
If not, I Wanna smack you for not giving us all the information.

There are two things that can cause your problem, either you are getting to much fuel and not enough nitrous(most likely the problem) or you can be getting to much nitrous and not enough fuel(Very bad,you would have melted your pistons on the first shot). First I would take one of your nitrous jets out and spray it to see if the seloniod is working then do the same thing for the fuel. Most likely one of your seloniods is not working or you could have possibly jetted it wrong.

The stock regulator may be having a hard time switching settings when the nitrous engages, especially with the new highflow pump. You should get an adjustable fuel regulator and a fuel gauge. When you have it installed, run the engine to make sure your psi is at 44. Then, with the nozzle disconnected, flip the switch and see if the psi stays the same when it engages.

Waiiiiiit a minute, I don't recall you saying you slapped in the Walboro 255lph unit...
If you're running THAT pump with your stock fuel regulator, you have serious problems with overfueling. Your fuel pressure is probably around 60+ psi (at least 50% too high) and thus your 245cc stock injectors are flowing about 310+cc/min... This higher pressure will also carry over to your wet fuel jetting as well.
You cannot run a stock regulator with a pump that big. You must physically remove the stock regulator (don't modify it, REMOVE IT) and buy a full-replacement external unit that can vent the significantly extra gasoline that's being pushed by your pump.
TOo much gasoline, by a long shot.
And who exactly is installing this kit? Anyone with $0.10 worth of clues would start diagnosing the fuel long before they even let you loose on the button.
