Ok this is really baffling me. I installed my clear corners today. The drivers side one went on fine. Then I went to the passenger's side and installed it. When I checked to see if the blinkers still worked, the driver's side didnt. It didnt even come on with the headlights. So I took it back out and fiddled with it. Got it to light up with the headlight, but when I put the turn signal on, it didnt blink, and inside the car the green arrow stayed lit. So I fiddled a bit more and got the green arrow to blink but the bulb would still not. SO I figured maybe it was the bulb. Tried a new bulb, didnt work. Then I figured it must be the harness. So I grabed another harness and tried that. Same thing. I fiddled around with it for about 10 minutes and finally I had to walk away. I cant figure out whats wrong. Cant be a fuse cause then all the lights would be out. I have an LED bulb for the turb signal in the tailight, and it makes it blink a lot faster. I think that might have something to do with it, but I had them in the black tib and I never had this problem.
Someone please help. I feel so stupid not being able to fix this.

It's most likley the flasher relay, it's under the dash somewhere over the fuse box, there should be a group of relays,it should be the biggest of the relays all the way to the right.

You don't fix it, you just pull it out of the socket , just like you would pull a fuse it's only bigger,then put the new one in, it only takes like 5 seconds to replace.

Dont want to say anything stupid but do you have the right bulb? Because this happened to my friends car, some bulbs are use to blink only and some are used to blink and stay on. And they share the same bulb holder.
