hi
just a quick question,
how do you work out the bhp of your car from the whp?
i only ask as i know my whp is 135-138 but my insurance company want to know the bhp.
any i deas?

just tell the insurance company 140hp. Hyundai overestimated our hp, so it's not really 140hp stock. They wouldn't know the truth if you said it was 100 or 250...

I've always wondered why a D16 powered Honda rated at 125 bhp can be dyno'ed at 104.7 whp (project car magazine) and our tiburon's have "factory rated 140 bhp" and it only dyno's out to ~100whp? Could it be such terrible drivetrain losses, or is it just that the beta engine is highly overrated?
