Remove the old one and replace it with the new one?
Like anything else, look at what's covering it, take it off, then remove the item.
If I remember right, you have to take off the wheel then the splash guard.

You can get away with only removing splash gaurd but its a pain. Easiest is taking bumper off.
Either way its not to bad. Are you sure its the pump though and not a plugged line or something? That happens a lot.
