1. What Brand

2. What else header to muffler in the exhaust system

3. Would you like a different system than what you have (under axle, over axle, 2.5", 3" etc.)

Pics and Vids are cool too smile.gif

Well to kickstart this thing

1) Custom made catback by DD Racing (Belgium shop)

2) The setup: Megan Headers - Flex pipe - Magnaflow cat (with resonator) - Resonator - Straight through Muffler with 2.5" piping

3) It's an over axle set up. The only thing what I would have done differently it would sit a bit higher at the end. Not to much clearence there...

OBX Headers, Magnaflow Cat, Summit Racing Glasspack, ebay clone N1 muffler, its 2.5 piping and under axle...its made by Brian in VA Beach, VA

Yes i would like a different set of headers, but for what i want right now they are going to stay or and i have to upgrade the Cat to a different magnaflow and the glasspack to a cherry bomb and wrap the headers...besides that i love it

Hey I'm running a custom system, Shark Racing 4-1 Header to a Magnaflow "High Flow" cat to 2.5 inch mandrel bent stainless finishing with a DC Sports 2.5-4.0 muffler.

Overall I think I have maybe 3 bends in the hole thing, under-axel. I notice this setup doesn't scrape as much as my last, but it's pretty noisy wink1.gif.

I do.

Couple of threads about it too. I can get another one made easy.

2.5 inch mandrel bends.
Dynomax Super Turbo muffler.
36 inch, yes, 36 inch resonator.
Under axle, has never scraped.
Very deep, very quiet when i want it to be.

I should get some clips with the new camera.

In front of that I have my ceramic coated maintec GT headers, a 2.5 inch high flow cat from Magnaflow, and a CEL.

I got OBX headers to a MBRP exhaust. Replaces original resonator with a 28inch Cherrybomb resonator because the other resonator rotted out :-P.

About to order a new Magnaflow hi-flow cat because my cat is shot and maybe a dynomax super turbo...but that's still up in the air.

I do as well.

Mine is 3 inch turbo back. No cat, no resonator, nothing else. Just goes into a 2.5 axle back that I have from ARK. After I get the motor in I will be changing that to 3 inch under axle with either a nice muffler or a couple resonators and no muffler (like those racy neons fing02.gif)

By the way, mine sounded absolutely incredible when I was driving it for the very short time. And when the WG opened, even better. Cant wait for spring.

On my RD... I had an OBX 4-2-1, Catco 2.5" cat and a 2.5" Magnaflow muffler. Piping was stainless, mandrel bent and TIG welded.

The 350Z's got DC headers, Ultimate racing cats and a Borla true-dual exhaust.

Z's a little better sounding and quicker than the RD was. smile.gif
