ok, so i have been modding for a little while, and i occasionally get a little chirp out of 3rd, but it is rare, i have ebay cai,sr 4-1 header, moteria catback, nex coilovers, pheno spacer, fidanza flywheel, act street disk,b&m short shifter, and i think thats about all as far as mods that would effect my tires spinning between gears. i also have a 1.8 cam in the mail, which i hope will get the job done and finally make them chirp 3rd when i want lol. so my question is who can do it n/a ( i know all you turbo guys are like chirp 3rd? i can spin it lol)

I can pretty consistantly chirp third with.
AOS CAI, ACT street disk clutch, Nex coilovers, Import Shark short shifter, BSE adjustable cam gear, oh and royal purple 5w-30 oil =)
Also on 17" wheels

do you have really bad tires? and are you revving it high before you pop the clutch in 3rd.. i can't even see that being possible, with good tires and even during racing..

When i bark second it, i usually spin for a few feet before it grabs. I also have pretty good tread on my tires with Hankook K106's, and even on an 1/8th mile drag strip i could chirp 3rd gear before i got the adjustable cam gear. And this is without power shifting. I remove my right foot completely from the pedal during my shifts.

CAI, Headers, 50HP shot of nitrous. Can't do it with my new tires Bridgestone Fuzion, they have high traction, but my older tires were a much harder tire and I could do it all the time on my Nankang NS-1 Sport tires.

<span style="font-size:14pt;line-height:100%">GOOD GOD MANG!</span>

Thats gotta be the biggest signature ive EVAR seen! fix it for me eh?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As far as chirping/spinning tires, ive got real sticky proxes 4's and keeping traction is what im interested in, and they do a good job consiering all the power they've got to deal with.
