Yup, searching would own you.

Seriously though, don't take this the wrong way, if you can't get the dash off, should you be doing this sort of modification?

Answer these questions...

1. why are you installing that ricey POS tach?

a. Shift light? Buy a shift light seperately, that just makes SENCE.

b. stock Tach broken? Surrreeee it is... Get a new tach off of ebay, cheap.

c. You like rice? Go to a korean BBQ house and get some. Seriously, they look dumb, your stock one works fine, and everyone will laugh at you when you wreck into the Miata you couldn't see because 60% of your windshield was taken up by that silly shit.

2. How much can I sell this for and buy REAL mods with the money?

well i guess u gotta start somewhere... but a 4" tach is not really the place to start in my opinion. then again its not a place to end or do in the middle either...

It would be really nice if you typed in complete sentence and used some grammar/punctuation dude, even your 4th grade english teacher would probably feel the need to slap you if she saw that post.

Yeah man, you really have to learn to search before you post questions like THIS WHOLE THREAD, we're going easy on you because you're new.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>c. You like rice? Go to a korean BBQ house and get some. LOL..honestly, that's how 90% of this forum feels dude.
We're not trying to give you a hard time but there's lots of anti-rice in these forums, we like to keep our tibs clean, so coming on here with your first request being a 4" tach....ehh, not going to get good responses.

And I'm not hating man, I'm just asking...WHY? (please answer this question)

why do you need to dublicate stock tach? it's useless.
better get: oil pressure gauge, oil temp gauge, voltmeter, afr gauge. They will be practicle.

We aren't picking on you, just your choice in "Modifications", I'd say the same thing to anyone else installing a stupid thing like a 4 inch tach, especially if their stock one is FINE.

It's a useless mod to do. You want to rice your car out a bit? Do it with FUNCTIONAL and USEFULL stuff, like Oil Temp gauges, stuff like that, but to duplicate something that there is nothing wrong with, that's gay.

Hell, even the Koreans would say so, and they are the kings of rice.

Rice it out man, put on some aftermarket fans, but in a color. Put on some ceramic coat, but use blue.

That's functional at least.
